Other guests in the room next to ours were playing loud music and making too much noise during the night. They were local boys who were probably drinking alcohol.

The staffs were very friendly. Also all the amenities were close by. Easy to get somewhere

The AC in the room wasn't working very well and plus the pool needs a bit of more cleanup coz it was very slippery around the fountain island.

The location was the best thing about the property; it’s within walking distance of the main Wailoaloa strip where all the cafes, restaurants and night life can be (on the beach).

The facilities aren’t working; the restaurant is closed permanently, the water in the pool is murky and dirty and the toilets weren’t the best.

People there are nice and it is a beautiful place

Cleanliness of the place & great landscape

The rooms are very old with old uncomfortable furniture, probably ok for one night stay not 6. The photos online are deceiving & we had very old towels & no hand or face towels. I was told there will be breakfast only to find out there isn’t. Most of the staff there don’t seem to know what they’re doing, very slow service.

The staff were in general ok. General environment is fine but nothing spectacular about the place.

No Air-conditioning in the lounge. Extremely uncomfortable in current high humidity weather in Fiji. Misleading on booking.com. Overpriced for the what you get. I could have stayed in a 5-star luxury for not too much higher. Although the booking.com description says multiple TV channels, there was maybe just one or two extra and the rest were just free to air Fiji Channels. No news or sports channels. The facility projects itself as a medium luxury resort but it is just somewhere between between a side of the road motel and a cheap city hotel for overnight stays. At $180.00 per night, not worth it. No value for money.

Pool was great. Slide. Nice gardens. Quiet location. Good for short stay. Restaurant was ok. Small supermarket 5 min walk.

Being upstairs when there was plenty of downstairs rooms. There is nothing else around. 10 min walk to beach via smugglers cove accom.

The rooms smelt funny and were not tidy they had rubbish in the bins the airconditioning didn't work and it wasn't what was advertised

Having an apartment where my grandchildren could stay with me and enjoy the pool and playground was wonderful Three bathrooms in our villa made things very easy The gardeners work hard and the grounds look wonderful Crisp linen on the beds every day A clothesline at the back door is great for families Being opposite the playground and pool was the perfect position for our villa

The restaurant is below standard, very few people patronise it as a result, and the bar is almost non-existent, with vodka being the only spirit, one "white" wine already opened (for how long?) being the only wine, and a choice of 3 beers. No cocktails, and no staff coming to the pool offering any service. Only 4 rattan loungers and 1 plastic one at the pool and NO umbrellas despite the photos on the website. The maid told me to put the towels downstairs outside the unit each day, and did not return clean ones until 4 pm. Cupboard doors were dirty, both in the kitchen and bathroom downstairs. There is no free wifi at the villas, and the wifi card I purchased ($30 for 24 hours, but I didn't get 24 hours service) failed to provide service without continually getting the office to reset it. I asked for a refund, and eventually got it. The kitchens in the apartments would be greatly improved if they included: -wine glasses -a potato peeler, cheese grater and paring knife -oven dishes -coffee plunger -mixing bowl

Perfect for what we needed for a group of 12 where we weren't spending a lot of time at hotel to warrant extreme prices of staying in denerau. all our day trips included picking us up from accommodation and otherwise was cheap taxi into denerau or 5 min walk to nice restaurant at smugglers cove. Pool was a hit and staff were fantastic

The environment was awesome. Enjoyed my stay. The outdoor pool was clean and the staffs are readily available to help.

The price is a bit high compared to other near by hotels.

Rooms can do with new paint, need better pots and pans in the apartments. TV channels were limited, nothing for kids to watch. Pool needs attention daily as leaves and insects are always floating in the water. Requires frequent water change/top up due to high usage by patrons.

The villas are spacious and decent for a family of four or five.

Not all rooms had air conditioning. The rooms in the 2 bedroom villa gets rather warm in evenings.

Great to have kitchen facilities and space of a villa, it was perfect for our family. The pool was great as well and it’s also very close to the beach and handy for getting into town.

Unfortunately it is right under the flight path for Nadi airport with planes taking off and landing very close to the villas so it’s pretty noisy during the day.
